Finance Major, Need help selecting which class would be more beneficial to my career plans, THNKAS!!!!!!!!!!!
Hello I am graduating in may with a degree in finance. I am trying to figure out which class to take. My class selection is limited, and I am having trouble deciding which of the below classes to enroll in. Financial Computer Modeling or Real Estate Investment I really dont have a career path yet, I know though that I want to either become involved in a financial analyst/risk management, insurance underwriting, real estate, loan officer. If anyone has any experience in financial careers could someone please help me thanks.

Where do I apply for a free and clear grant for higher education as a single African American Mother?
I am looking to increase my income thru higher education. I live paycheck to paycheck and desire financial independence. I believe studies in risk management, insurance and finance will open a world of opportunities. I have googled grants in many different aspects...... only to be flooded with a variety of options. I am looking for an absolute resource that is in place thru the government for women like me. If you have any information regarding solid grant options for education, business and/or real estate investments for african american women or women in general, please forward me your information. Information regarding Insurance careers, what is the best route to take?
I am a 21 year old Irish recent Business Studies graduate, having majored in Risk Management & Insurance. I am considering looking for a career in underwriting but am not really sure what this entails on a day to day basis, or what the prospects are like - therefore I don't know that it is the right career choice for me. I do not think that I wish to have a career in claims, but would consider loss adjusting. Would a full driver licence be necessary for this? Would it be a mistake to accept a job in claims because if I change over to underwriting I would have to go back to a starting wage? Does anybody have experience in the industry and perhaps offer advice? Is further education worthwhile in this field? Thanks
